replace current movie with pairs of short movies that show both the construction of an app and its manifestation at runtime.

the existing movie plays too fast and most people watching have no idea what you are doing or trying to achieve - also adds the illusion that things can be done 'quickly' in jmatter - which is a mixed blessing. but jmatter in anger is a different story.
